Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how TCC Credit Co-operative Limited (“TCC”), referred to as “the Organiser”, may collect, use and disclose your personal data in connection with EVA (Empowering Voices & Actions for single mothers and widows).

By registering for or participating in EVA, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by the Organisers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Collection of Personal Data

The Organiser may collect personal data from you when you register for or participate during EVA. This may include:

  • Full name
  • Contact details (such as phone number or email address)
  • Age group or demographic information
  • Photographs, audio or video recordings taken during programme activities
  • Any other information voluntarily provided for programme participation

Purpose of Collection and Use

Your personal data may be collected, used and disclosed for the following purposes:

  • Processing and managing your registration and participation in EVA
  • Communicating programme updates, schedules and related information
  • Administering, evaluating and improving the programme
  • Reporting programme outcomes to relevant partners or supporting organisations
  • Publicity and awareness purposes relating to EVA and related community programmes, including disclosure of photographs or videos taken during the programme to partners such as the Society for WINGS (Women’s Initative for Ageing Successfully), for use on websites, reports or social media platforms of the Organiser
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Disclosure of Personal Data

Your personal data may be disclosed between the Organiser and to:

  • Service providers supporting the programme (such as Society for WINGS (Women’s Initative for Ageing Successfully), event management, communications or IT services)
  • Relevant government or regulatory authorities where required by law

All parties will only use your personal data for purposes related to the EVA programme.

Photography and Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during EVA for documentation, publicity and community outreach purposes. These materials may be used by TCC Credit Co-operative and may be shared with programme partners, including the Society for WINGS (Women’s Initative for Ageing Successfully), for use in publications, reports, websites and social media platforms.

Such use will be non-commercial and related to community outreach, programme awareness or organisational reporting.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please inform the event organisers via email at info@evawomen.sg before the event.

Protection and Retention of Personal Data

The Organiser will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use or disclosure. Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Notice or as required by law.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer of TCC Credit Co-operative.
